Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy. Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines tailored to individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly. Educate clients on skincare products, techniques, and home care routines to promote ongoing skin health. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and advanced techniques such as tattooing or hair threading to provide innovative services. Uphold all state licensing requirements and adhere to health regulations related to cosmetology and esthetic practices. Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control protocols, and safety standards in esthetic practice. Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair threading. Familiarity with color theory for makeup artistry and skin tone analysis. Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of medical records and treatment history. Ability to perform advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, or tattooing with precision.
