We take pride in maintaining a calm, uplifting environment for both our guests and our team members. Position Summary We're seeking a Part-Time Wellness Technician to join our growing wellness team. This role combines hospitality, technology, and client care - perfect for someone who's attentive, dependable, and passionate about wellness. You'll guide clients through high-tech treatments, maintain a clean and welcoming space, and ensure each experience meets our high standards for safety and excellence. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients throughout their visit with professionalism and warmth. Operate and guide clients through advanced technologies including the
ARRC LED
Bed, Ammortal Chamber, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, PEMF, vibroacoustic tables, and massage chairs. Perform pre-session screenings to ensure safety and comfort. Educate clients about device benefits, timing, and aftercare. Sanitize and reset rooms between sessions following strict cleaning protocols. Maintain daily logs and report maintenance needs promptly. Support overall spa flow with restocking, light laundry, and front desk coordination as needed. Qualifications Experience in spa, wellness, fitness, or hospitality preferred (training provided). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working with technology and health-based equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor. CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
Compensation & Perks Pay:
$12-$15/hour depending on experience.
Schedule:
