Duties Perform laser hair/Laser Tattoo removal treatments using advanced esthetic laser equipment, ensuring precise and effective results for each client Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, skin type, and suitability for laser procedures Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, setting clear expectations for optimal results Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment during all treatments Use salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service within a beauty or wellness setting Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols for laser procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and build lasting relationships Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification required; additional certifications in laser treatments preferred Join us and become part of a passionate team dedicated to empowering clients through advanced skincare solutions!
