Nexus HR is a Med Spa Aesthetician who delivers high-quality aesthetic consultations and performs advanced cosmetic treatments tailored to individual client goals. This role combines clinical expertise with a strong revenue-driven mindset, ensuring personalized treatment plans, effective communication, and optimal patient outcomes. About the Job This position is responsible for delivering spa treatments according to protocols and rituals, guaranteeing the guest the ultimate spa experience. Aestheticians must portray a professional self-image and master treatment/product technical knowledge and skills. Estheticians are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs facial treatments according to spa protocols and standards Collaborates with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience Identifies guest needs and recommends appropriate treatments and home care Maintains a warm, professional, and polished demeanor Upholds high standards of appearance, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety Builds and maintains strong guest relationships and repeat clientele Participates in meetings, training, coaching, and continuing education Assists with spa upkeep, laundry, inventory, and daily cleaning tasks Supports marketing events, team development, and onboarding efforts Adheres to schedules, workplace policies, and professional work ethics Demonstrates teamwork, positivity, goal achievement, and continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Valid aesthetic license Specialized skills and knowledge of facial protocols, knowledge of aromatherapy, and equipment Guest service-oriented with the ability to deliver the ultimate spa experience Ability to follow protocols and directions Passion for continuing education A professional work ethic and image
