In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and a variety of beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, pampered, and inspired to look and feel their best. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your diverse skill set in a fast-paced, energetic setting dedicated to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs. Accurately document medical records and treatment details while respecting client confidentiality. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products that align with clients' skincare goals. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually elevate service quality. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician. Proven experience performing a variety of esthetic treatments including skin care procedures, body waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting. Familiarity with sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and maintaining a sterile work environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationship.
