Responsibilities Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, and treatment packages aligned with client needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services and foster loyalty. Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointments seamlessly. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and treatment benefits. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities. Perform laser treatments Requirements Valid aesthetician certification and license required Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner. Must be social media savvy Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for skincare and body treatments. Experience with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to enhance client experience. Prior experience working in med spa environments or hospitality settings is beneficial. Must be flexible to work at least a Saturday a month

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
