$18- $30 / hour (based on experience) + Commission + Tips About Us MD Laser & Med Spa is a premier medical aesthetics practice located in Plano, TX, specializing in laser hair removal, Botox, dermal fillers, body contouring, facials, and HydraFacial treatments.
Requirements Required:
Active Texas Aesthetician License Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician Certification Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Botox, dermal fillers, body contouring, facials, and HydraFacial treatments Eligible to work in the U.S. on W-2 statusPreferred:
Strong communication skills and proven sales / consultation experience Client-focused with a polished, professional demeanor Confident in upselling and cross-selling treatment packages and skincare products Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal, IPL, RF microneedling, and other energy-based treatments Deliver facial treatments and HydraFacial services tailored to client skin needs Assist and coordinate with the medical director / injector on Botox and dermal filler procedures Perform body contouring treatments Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Sell treatment packages and medical-grade skincare products Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory Follow all Texas medical spa regulations and clinical protocols Keep accurate and complete client charts and documentation What We Offer $18- $30 / hour base pay (based on experience) Commission + Tips Full-time W-2 position Modern, high-end clinic environment Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Employee discounts on services and products How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
