Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Stay current with industry trends and advanced esthetic techniques such as esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a personalized experience for each guest. Skills Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry. Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and other advanced cosmetic procedures. for appointment booking and client management. Skilled in hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and barbering techniques. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure safety during all treatments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
