Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare regimens based on individual needs and skin types. Apply makeup for special occasions or photo shoots, ensuring flawless results that boost client confidence. Maintain strict sanitation protocols and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results. Drive sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages that meet clients' needs while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with active licensing credentials. Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety standards within a salon or spa setting. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of color theory, makeup application techniques, and hair threading is preferred but not required.
