Master Esthetician Enlighten Laser Cosmetics Bountiful, UT Job Details Part-time 5 hours ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Enlighten Laser Cosmetics is Northern Utah's premier medical spa, offering advanced, non-invasive aesthetic services to help our patients look and feel their best. We are seeking a Part-Time Master Esthetician to join our team! This role includes assisting our Medical Director with procedures and patient management, performing professional skincare treatments and aesthetic services, and supporting front desk operations to ensure an exception patient experience. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Master Esthetician in Utah Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Previous experience in the spa, beauty, or service industry Familiarity with pharmaceutical-grade skincare lines (e.g., ZO Skin Health, Elta MD, SkinMedica) Sales experience in spa/beauty environments (preferred but not required) Laser and CoolSculpting experience (training provided if needed) Spanish-speaking skills (a plus) Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and deliver an exceptional customer experience Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining patient records Develop in-depth knowledge of all products, services, and memberships Educate patients on treatment options and provide skincare consultations Perform laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and other esthetic procedures Assist the Medical Director with patient care and procedures Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the industry Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance service offerings Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment (light housekeeping duties) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage + commission + tips Employee discounts on services and products Paid training and ongoing professional development If you are passionate about skincare, patient care, and being part of a supportive medical spa team, we'd love to hear from you!
