Duties Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry. Provide advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction. Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style and skin tone. Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Upsell retail products like skincare items, nail care essentials, hair extensions, and styling tools to boost sales while educating clients on their benefits. Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, barbering, eyelash extensions, and other beauty services through ongoing training and professional development. Experience Proven experience in cosmetology or nail care with a strong portfolio of completed services. Knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and the latest beauty trends. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members. Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to beauty salons and spas. Ability to perform complex treatments such as esthetic laser procedures or dermabrasion is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques that enhance the client experience while increasing revenue.
