Position Overview We are looking for a licensed APRN or PA to join our Wellness 360 team performing aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators in a relaxed, client-centered medspa setting. This role starts part-time on Fridays and Saturdays, giving you the ability to transition at your own pace. As the practice grows and as you grow within it, hours, responsibilities, and earning potential all increase. There is a clear path to full-time and beyond. Position Details Schedule:

$90,000 - $120,000 annually, paid bi-weekly Profit Share:

As the practice expands, so does your role and your income: Start part-time on Fridays & Saturdays with a competitive base salary Expand to full-time as client volume grows Unlock profit share after 90 days and milestone achievement Potential to step into a Clinical Director role, with the compensation to match Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Conduct client consultations, assess candidacy, and create individualized treatment plans Document accurate medical records and maintain HIPAA compliance Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions and follow-up protocols Guide clients through treatment options in a consultative, trust-based manner Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment Requirements Active APRN or PA license in the state of Utah BLS certification Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and facial structure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and collaborative Aesthetic experience is a plus, but not required.
