Join our dynamic team as a licensed Master Esthetician, where your expertise will elevate our skincare and beauty services to new heights! In this vibrant role, you'll deliver exceptional esthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and create a welcoming environment that encourages confidence and relaxation. Duties Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials with precision and care Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, recommended treatments, and retail options to enhance their beauty regimen Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sterilized after each use Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, listening attentively to their needs and providing personalized recommendations for skincare and beauty solutions Any additional services for the clinic Requirements Valid master esthetician license recognized by the state or relevant licensing authority Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments and skincare procedures Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments, products, and aftercare instructions Ability to perform a variety of services including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments Experience with retail sales of skincare products is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for product demos is a plus Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a positive client experience in a fast-paced setting What We Offer A supportive and welcoming team environment A beautiful, brand new space with fully equipped treatment rooms The opportunity to grow with a med spa committed to quality and care Flexibility as we build out our client base together What We're Looking For Active Utah State Master Esthetician License Experience with facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, or other advanced skincare treatments A professional and positive demeanor Passionate about skincare and helping clients feel confident Willingness to be flexible with hours and grow with our business Join us as a licensed Master Esthetician where your talent transforms lives!
