In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. As an Aesthetician, you will perform a variety of skincare services, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our product offerings to ensure a holistic approach to beauty and wellness. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs. Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and care. Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized solutions. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to enhance client satisfaction. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages that align with client goals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and provide aftercare advice. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in skincare environments. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and product benefits. Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage confidently.
