Position Overview:
We are seeking a Master Aesthetician to join the team at Blue Aesthetics. This role is responsible for delivering advanced skincare treatments, conducting thorough consultations, and developing personalized treatment plans that support long-term skin health and results. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical knowledge, confidence in recommending skincare, and a commitment to delivering a high level of patient experience through thoughtful, individualized care. What You'll Do:
Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial treatments, in accordance with established protocols. Recommend appropriate skincare products with confidence, demonstrating strong product knowledge and providing guidance on proper usage. Maintain up to date knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and advancements through ongoing education, training, and independent research. Conduct thorough skincare consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and concerns. Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a consistent, aligned approach to patient care. Establish and maintain strong patient relationships through consistent, high-quality care and personalized attention. Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Provide follow-up support as needed and respond directly to patient questions and concerns. Adhere to clinic treatment protocols and support consistent patient outcomes through individualized care and homecare guidance.
What You'll Bring:
Active Master Aesthetician license in Virginia required. Experience providing patient care in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting. Proficiency in performing a wide range of skincare treatments, including advanced techniques such as chemical peels and dermaplaning. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits, with experience in medical-grade skincare and a demonstrated passion for medical aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Blue Aesthetics is an equal opportunity employer.
