Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy. Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results. Stay informed about the latest industry techniques, tools, and products related to esthetic laser treatments, tattooing, hair threading, and other advanced procedures. Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace. Certified in cosmetology with a valid esthetician license; additional certifications in tattooing or laser treatments are a plus. Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching. Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of treatments and client information. Proficiency in performing body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures. Ability to educate clients effectively on skincare routines and product usage while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
