Job Description
Job Overview Who We Are Looking For To be considered for this position you are required to have at least 1 year experience in a similar role. Must be certified and trained in providing Hydrafacial and Keravive treatments. A valid basic cosmetology license is required. Strong knowledge in skin care products is a plus. We are seeking an energetic, highly disciplined, and clinically minded Hydrafacialist who thrives in a medical environment and understands that true facial rejuvenation requires an integrated, team-based approach.
Note:
This is a dedicated clinical skin-health and Hydrafacial lane focused on patient routing; it does not include advanced medical device or laser operating duties. Who We Are We are an elite, physician-led medical dermatology and cosmetic practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-ticket clinical outcomes. Unlike transactional medical spas that rely on patchwork treatments, we build long-term, multi-modality structural rejuvenation plans. Our clinical ecosystem seamlessly integrates cutting-edge medical devices, expert injectors, advanced skin health protocols, and comprehensive rejuvenation programs. What You'll Do Deliver elite-level Signature, Deluxe, Platinum, and Plus Hydrafacial treatments to a steady stream of highly motivated, new and existing patients. Conduct highly sophisticated skin health evaluations to uncover what your treatments can solve—and expertly identify what requires advanced intervention. Act as a clinical educator:
plant seeds for deeper treatments (lasers, RF microneedling, structural injectables) and seamlessly introduce patients via a warm hand-off to our Patient Care Coordinator team to help them take the next step. Build patient compliance by designing custom, medical-grade home care regimens. Manage your treatment room efficiently, ensuring flawless, hygenic room turnover and accurate medical charting within our Nextech system. Skills Skin Analysis & Consultation:
Advanced ability to evaluate skin health, identify structural or surface aesthetic concerns, and clearly communicate clinical findings to patients. Hydrafacial Platform Mastery:
Hands-on experience executing a variety of Hydrafacial protocols (Signature, Deluxe, Platinum, Keravive) including booster selection, tip customization, and chemical peel application. Patient Routing & Collaborative Care:
A proven track record of working seamlessly within a multi-provider clinical team (alongside Physicians, PAs, and Master Aestheticians) to transition patients into long-term treatment plans. Time Management & Schedule Efficiency:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain precise booking blocks (45 to 75 minutes) and execute rapid, sanitary room turnovers without compromising patient experience. Product Knowledge & Skincare Cross-Selling:
Strong background in medical-grade skincare ingredients (retinoids, growth factors, antioxidants) with a demonstrated ability to design and sell custom home-care compliance regimens. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Literacy:
Experience with aesthetic charting, account auditing, and check-out systems (experience with Nextech is a major plus). Active Listening & Clear Communication:
Ability to translate vague patient aesthetic complaints into precise clinical vocabulary, building deep trust and preparing patients for advanced medical consultations. Active State Aesthetician License:
Must possess a valid, current standard/basic Aesthetician license in good standing. Why You'll Love Working Here (Compensation & Perks) We value our team and believe in rewarding the behavior that grows the entire practice. Your earning potential is highly customizable and directly tied to your collaborative success: Competitive Base Wage:
[$18.00 - $20.00 / hour] based on experience. Consistent Service Revenue:
Generous commission on every Hydrafacial visit billed out (including clear, prorated tracking on pre-paid packages). Skincare Retail Upside:
Dynamic commission on all medical-grade skincare product sales. The Referral Engine Bonus (Uncapped): A lucrative, multi-tiered internal referral structure. You earn bonuses for every qualified consultation you schedule that sits with our PCC, plus substantial milestone bonuses when those patients convert into our advanced device protocols, injectable programs, and high-ticket, physician-led rejuvenation packages. Qualifications In our practice, you are a critical clinical partner. Your primary mandate is to utilize your 45-to-60-minute treatments to deliver exceptional skin health, build clinical trust, and systematically analyze the skin canvas. Working in lockstep with our Patient Care Coordinator, you will identify structural and architectural aging concerns that topicals cannot fix, expertly educating and routing patients into our advanced medical device protocols, expert injector lanes, and full-scale physician-led rejuvenation packages. Licensure:
Active and current State Aesthetician License (Basic/Standard tier required). Experience:
