Position Summary We are looking for a passionate, professional, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician & Laser Specialist to join our growing team in Short Pump, VA . The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care while delivering exceptional treatment results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys educating clients, building long-term relationships, and helping grow a thriving medical aesthetics practice. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including: Laser Hair Removal Aquapure Facials Chemical Peels TCA Peels Microneedling Body Contouring & Cavitation Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client's goals. Educate clients on treatment options, skincare products, memberships, and package recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client's entire experience. Accurately document all treatments and patient encounters. Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress, future appointments, and promotions. Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms while following all safety and sanitation protocols. Work collaboratively with the front desk and medical team to achieve clinic goals. Help drive clinic growth through treatment recommendations, retail sales, and membership enrollment. Qualifications Licensed Esthetician (Required) Experience in a medical spa or dermatology practice preferred.
