BASIC FUNCTION
Provide facials, waxing services and body therapies with professionalism and personalized service for all spa guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK
EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent. Current Esthetician License. Current Waxing License. One to two years experience as an esthetician. Previous spa experience. Ability to communicate effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide facials, waxing, and body therapies with professionalism and personalized service for all spa guests. Ensure outstanding service through upholding spa flow of greeting the guest, consultation, treatment and closing. Recommends products for home use and suggests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa. Begins and ends all treatments on time. Ensures work areas are clean and equipment is disinfected according to procedures. Assesses contraindications of guest that may prevent service from taking place. Report all guest complaints to team leader. Ensure company policies and procedures outlined in employee manual are followed. Keep current on all licensure and insurance. Create and maintains guest files according to procedures.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
Respond to any reasonable task assigned by Manager. Attend necessary meetings.
ENVIRONMENT
