Employee or Contractor Positions What We're Looking For:
A Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 1 full year of hands-on experience working in a professional spa environment (outside of school) performing both waxing and facial services. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must be confident and fully capable of performing waxing and facial services independently, without additional training. Applicants without the required experience will not be considered.Position Overview:
This role begins as an on-call position , with the opportunity to grow into a part-time or full-time schedule as your clientele builds (typically within 6-12 months). On-call means you will have assigned shifts where you are expected to be available. You are only required to come into the spa if you are booked with an appointment during those times. We do our best to provide advance notice for appointments and offer flexibility—within reasonable boundaries—based on your availability and scheduling needs. We are flexible with hours, but candidates must have some evening and weekend availability . About theOpportunity:
