As a Licensed Master Esthetician at NuMe Aesthetics, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performing NuMe's full facial treatment menu with consistency and care. Collaborating with guests on personalized skincare routines and product recommendations. Delivering exceptional service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of treatment rooms. Participating in subsidized continued learning opportunities through NuMe. Working collaboratively with the team to support a positive culture. Eligibility for performance bonuses and commissions based on targets and service quality. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of esthetician experience (3+ years preferred). A valid Washington State Master Esthetician license. Alignment with NuMe's core values: sophisticated, professional, excellence, neoteric, consistent, educated, receptive, and service-driven. Luxury or premium skincare experience is a strong plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for skincare and staying current with industry trends. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
