Full Job Description Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Job description: LaVie Skinthetics Wellness Spa is a boutique wellness destination focused on high-quality, results-driven treatments for skin, scalp, and body. We are dedicated to providing a serene environment for our clients while offering real opportunities for our staff to grow and thrive in their careers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is confident performing a wide range of services including facials, head spa treatments, scalp and hair therapies, and body treatments such as scrubs and wraps. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and expanded responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

Perform various types of customized facials and skincare treatments Provide scalp and head spa services, including hair and follicle care Conduct full-body treatments such as body scrubs, wraps, and exfoliation Educate clients on skincare products and aftercare Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment Upsell services and retail products when appropriate Support overall spa operations and client retention goals

Requirements:

Valid Washington State esthetician license Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or clinical setting Skilled in facial techniques, scalp treatments, and body therapies Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow professionally Flexibility to work evenings and weekends preferred
