Duties Provide professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address diverse skin concerns. Perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients' appearance. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to support their ongoing beauty journey. Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to promote overall wellness and client satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas after each service. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience. Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and preferences. Experience Proven experience in esthetics or cosmetology with certification in skincare or related fields. Skilled in performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster loyalty. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic environment. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and product recommendations. Experience in retail sales or product demos is preferred to support client engagement and revenue growth. Ability to perform deep tissue massage techniques and nail care services is a plus.
