What You'll Be Doing As an Esthetician at Celsius Med Spa, you'll deliver professional, results-focused treatments customized to each client's needs, while creating an exceptional guest experience every visit. Services may include (training provided where needed): Customized clinical facials Advanced skincare treatments Body contouring & body sculpting services Medical-grade skincare consultations Product recommendations and home-care education Ongoing treatment planning and skin goal tracking Add-on services and enhancements to maximize results You'll work closely with our team to educate clients, build long-term relationships, and help guests see and feel real results — not just during their visit, but at home too. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service every shift Confidently educate clients on treatments, protocols, and products Customize services based on client goals and skin concerns Recommend retail products to support results at home Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and protocols Support team goals and maintain a positive, professional culture Follow all state licensing laws and spa protocols consistently Qualifications Active Esthetics License (state-required) Ability to pass a background check Experience performing esthetic services and following protocols Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for skincare, learning, and client results Pay & Perks $30
