Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing team for a part time position. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and helping patients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service and results. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans Educate patients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care Assist with pre- and post-operative skincare for surgical patients including our facelifts Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant with all regulations Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies Support retail skincare sales and recommend appropriate products Creating and posting on social media to asisst in personal and professional brand growth Qualifications Current Washington State Master Esthetician License (required) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery setting preferred Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments Experience with laser treatments and advanced modalities is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ranging from $24-30/hour Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for continued education and training Employee discounts on treatments and products Uniform stipend Modern, state-of-the-art facility 401K with matching for those whole qualify How to Apply Please submit your resume along outlining your experience and passion for aesthetics.
