We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Master Aesthetician to join our growing luxury medical aesthetics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, thrives in a high-performance environment, and is looking to build a long-term career within one of the region's premier dermatology and aesthetic practices. We are looking for a candidate who brings an established client following and the drive to continue growing their business within our practice. Our expectation is that providers will be able to maintain an average schedule utilization of approximately 75% within their first year through a combination of existing clientele, internal referrals, marketing support, and personal business development. This position performs a variety of advanced aesthetic services including: Facials and customized skincare treatments Microneedling Chemical peels Laser resurfacing and laser hair removal Radiofrequency treatments Emsculpt and CoolSculpting® IPL/light-based therapies Plasma IQ Medical-grade skincare consultations Waxing and body treatments The ideal candidate is professional, confident, ambitious, patient-focused, and passionate about aesthetics and client experience. Essential Responsibilities Patient Care & Treatments Consult with patients to assess skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare regimens Perform advanced face and body treatments using skincare products and aesthetic devices Educate patients regarding procedures, expectations, risks, aftercare, and long-term skincare maintenance Provide personalized product recommendations and support retail skincare sales Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation within the EMR system Capture and upload clinical photography into EMA Business Development & Client Retention Maintain and grow an established client base Actively participate in personal marketing, social media engagement, and practice growth initiatives Identify opportunities to grow patient relationships and treatment plans Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience that encourages retention and referrals Clinical & Operational Excellence Prepare treatment rooms according to scheduled services and anticipated patient needs Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and
OSHA/WISHA
compliance standards Monitor and maintain inventory levels for treatment and retail supplies Communicate effectively with providers, leadership, and team members to ensure efficient clinic flow Assist with EMR scribing and clinical documentation as needed Resolve patient concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately when necessary Qualifications Required Current Washington State Master Esthetician License Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with cosmetic lasers and advanced aesthetic treatments Established client list/following Strong sales, consultation, and patient retention skills Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably EMA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented medical environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting Preferred Experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting Advanced knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic technologies Experience with CoolSculpting®, RF microneedling, laser resurfacing, and body contouring devices Social media and personal branding experience within aesthetics What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: Passionate about aesthetics and patient outcomes Ambitious, motivated, and growth-minded Professional, polished, and confident Team-oriented with a positive attitude Excited to build a long-term career within a premier luxury aesthetics practice If you are looking to grow your career within a respected, innovative, and nationally recognized aesthetic practice, we would love to hear from you.
