Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing laser hair removal treatments, a strong understanding of skin types and safety protocols, and a passion for delivering excellent client care. Experience with additional aesthetic treatments is a plus. Key Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively across various skin types Conduct thorough client consultations, including medical history and skin assessments Educate clients on treatment plans, expectations, and post-care instructions Maintain accurate and detailed client records Ensure treatments are performed in compliance with Wisconsin state regulations and safety standards Properly maintain and sanitize equipment and treatment rooms Recommend additional services and skincare products when appropriate Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices Qualifications Active Wisconsin Esthetician License or relevant certification (as required by state regulations) Certification or training in laser hair removal preferred 1+ years of hands-on laser hair removal experience preferred Strong knowledge of laser safety and skin physiology Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend services and products Experience with other aesthetic treatments is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Employee discounts on treatments and products Supportive and collaborative team environment Schedule Flexible scheduling options Some evenings, holidays and weekends may be required
