We offer massage therapy, skincare, holistic wellness services, and advanced spa treatments in a calming and supportive environment. We are looking for a passionate, licensed aesthetician who loves skincare, client care, and creating exceptional spa experiences. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and skincare treatments Recommend professional skincare products and treatment plans Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards Educate clients on skincare routines and wellness Provide exceptional customer service and client retention Help create a relaxing, welcoming spa environment Stay current on skincare trends and treatments Qualifications Active Wisconsin Aesthetician/Cosmetology License Experience with facials, exfoliation treatments, and skincare consultations preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for wellness and holistic self-care Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Hydradermabrasion experience Chemical peels LED light therapy Aromatherapy knowledge Lash or brow services Retail sales experience Active Wisconsin Massage Therapy License or dual-licensed massage therapist/aesthetician Experience combining skincare with holistic wellness or body treatments Perks & Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on services and products Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advanced training Relaxing spa atmosphere Commission How to Apply Please send your resume, license information, and a short introduction about yourself.
