We are a locally owned medical spa and wellness clinic with two locations in the greater Madison area: University Avenue (West Madison/Middleton) and McFarland (South). Our progressive medical spa and wellness clinic is expanding as our client demands continue to grow, necessitating an addition to our current aesthetics team of 6. This is the perfect opportunity for a professional that is looking for a team based environment, with a heavy focus on collaboration and continuing education. Our fun and passionate team of professionals is looking for a Licensed Aesthetician/Laser Technician who is equally passionate about the medical aesthetics speciality where we cultivate beauty on the outside and from within, as well as contributing towards the business' and team's continued growth and success. Job Description:
Providing scientifically driven and expert medical grade skin care services to our loyal clients with a high focus on delivering a luxurious client experience. Assisting in the clinic's overall growth and development through eloquent client education on services and cross promotion of services/treatments.

The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, laser treatments, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through safe, effective, and personalized care. This position involves performing aesthetic and laser procedures, educating clients on comprehensive treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering an exceptional client experience. When not with clients, time will be spent assisting the clinic coordinators and maintaining an overall pristine state of clinic orderliness.
Qualifications:
Licensed Aesthetician Certified Laser Technician Previous experience in medical spa or plastic surgery office Strong understanding of HIPAA Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for continued education and development Preferred Service Knowledge & Experience performing:

Essential Skills and Abilities:
Perform daily responsibilities of medical aesthetician Ability to provide strong customer service and create a luxe experience for each client Strong ability to sell and cross-sell aesthetic, skin care and medical spa products and services Must be able to advise and consult on skin and skincare services High Level of professionalism Proficient with computer skills - preferred medical charting experience - ability to navigate numerous product ordering sites, Nextech medical charting, and various other general computer programs Polite, kind, considerate, friendly and invested in their position Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of injectable services, skin and laser services, and skin care products to educate clients Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and stay on task with regular interruptions Good problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work as a team member Well-organized with high attention to detail Treats patients and co-workers with respect Empathetic with patients' needs and concerns High level of interpersonal skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements during treatments. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Schedule 38 - 40 hours/week Three 10-hour shifts one 8-hour shift Working till 7/8pm two nights a week No weekends or holidays

Full-time Pay:
$22 - $34/hour. Pay is based on experience and will grow as you grow with the company!
