The hottest new sugaring & waxing salon is open in Madison! Hello Sugar is building a strong, supportive team of estheticians who want flexible schedules, paid training, and real opportunities for growth. Hello Sugar is a fun, inclusive brand focused on confidence, positive body image, and client education. Our slogan is "It hurts less here" — and we mean it. We proudly provide full-body waxing and sugaring services (including Brazilian waxing) to all genders. What We Offer Free, paid training in advanced sugaring and waxing techniques Flexible scheduling (starting at ~18-30 hours/week) Opportunity to grow into full-time hours as the salon expands Clear career paths , including esthetician-to-owner opportunities A positive, team-focused work environment that values professionalism and growth Responsibilities Provide education-based skin services , including skincare guidance during waxing Perform full-body waxing and sugaring services on clients of all genders Conduct skin and brow consultations prior to services Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and assist with overall salon cleanliness Sell memberships and retail products Attend monthly or bi-monthly education and development meetings Build rapport quickly and deliver an exceptional client experience If you're an esthetician who loves making clients feel confident, values ongoing education, and wants to grow with a fast-expanding brand, we'd love to meet you.
