Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 Join Emplify Health by Gundersen and help patients heal, rejuvenate, and restore confidence through advanced medical skin care treatments. As a Medical Skin Care Technician, you will work independently with limited oversight from a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon, providing specialized care for patients with skin conditions, trauma, and aging concerns.
What's Available:
Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly) 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 5

Dermatology What do you need: High School Diploma or equivalent Wisconsin Aesthetician License (AESTH) or Cosmetology License (COSMETOLOG) required Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands-on learning) from AHA or Red Cross required 3-4 years of experience providing aesthetician services Strong customer service and communication skills is a plus!
What you will do:
Provide
LOVE + MEDICINE
through advanced skin care treatments such as microneedling/PRP, chemical peels, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion. Educate patients on proper skin care techniques, sun precautions, and pre/post-treatment instructions. Perform consultations and skin analysis, recommending treatment plans and home care regimens. Maintain competency through ongoing education and vendor training. Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with OSHA and infection control standards. Document patient care accurately in EMR systems and maintain HIPAA compliance.
