Position Requirements Required Qualifications Active Wisconsin Esthetician License Minimum of 3 years of esthetics experience Current laser certification required Strong knowledge of skincare, treatment planning, and client education Experience in a medical spa or luxury spa environment preferred Excellent communication and consultation skills Professional appearance and polished client interaction skills Our 3 Core Hiring Standards At Shine Med Spa, technical skill matters — but character and mindset matter just as much.
