About Impact Funeral Partners Impact Funeral Partners (IFP) is a fast-growing funeral home organization headquartered in Lehi, Utah. IFP focuses on empowering local operators, providing the people, practices, and infrastructure that let them focus on what matters most: honoring lives and comforting families. Role Overview The Funeral Assistant at our Show Low, Arizona location plays a vital supporting role in delivering compassionate, dignified care to the families we serve. Working alongside licensed funeral directors, you'll be present through every stage of the funeral service process, from first call through committal, ensuring each family feels seen, supported, and honored.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the removal and transportation of the deceased in a respectful, professional manner Set up and assist with funeral services, visitations, and graveside ceremonies Drive funeral vehicles, including hearses and family cars Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the facility, vehicles, and equipment Provide compassionate, attentive support to grieving families during services Assist with filing permits and obtaining required documentation
Qualifications:
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation Prior funeral home experience or mortuary science coursework preferred; intern/trainee candidates welcome Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to serve families in their time of need Discretion and professionalism in all interactions Why IFP?
