In this rewarding position, you will assist with funeral arrangements, support bereaved families, and ensure the smooth operation of funeral home activities. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a comforting environment for those we serve. Responsibilities Greet families and visitors with empathy, offering exceptional customer service throughout their visitations and services Support funeral directing activities by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the funeral home, chapel, visitation rooms, offices, and public areas. Provide bereavement support by offering compassionate communication and guidance to grieving families Provide hospitality by monitoring refreshments and common areas. Answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls appropriately. Help ensure the funeral home always presents a warm, dignified, and professional appearance.
