Advanced Funeral Planner:

You'll build genuine relationships with families, offering empathetic guidance and professional support throughout the pre-arrangement process. You'll become an expert in our services and products, helping clients choose the arrangements that best reflect their wishes and values. You'll work closely with your manager and team, reporting daily activities while maintaining a strong focus on client care, trust, and satisfaction. We're looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, compassionate, and professional — someone who thrives both independently and as part of a supportive team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and an insurance license is preferred (or the willingness to obtain one).
