Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families, until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers and peace-of-mind-providers - we uphold our commitment to care in every interaction. Responsibilities Setting up and tearing down funeral services at Floral Haven and off-site venues Directing and parking vehicles with care and professionalism Washing, preparing, and staging service vehicles Arranging floral displays and ensuring proper presentation Moving, organizing, and maintaining funeral service equipment Providing exceptional communication and customer service to families and guests Demonstrating a natural sense of empathy in all interactions Maintaining reverence, respect, and professionalism at all times Collaborating effectively as part of a supportive team Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Ability to remain calm and supportive in difficult or emotional situations Strong service-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a physically active role Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred We are an equal-opportunity employer.
