Jones Funeral Home Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home Ledford Family Funeral Homes is seeking a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer to join our growing, family-owned organization. With two locations just 20 miles east of Kansas City, we proudly serve approximately 210 families each year , with a strong focus on personal and compassionate care. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Enthusiastic, compassionate, and service-minded A natural leader with strong communication skills Detail-oriented and adaptable Dedicated to delivering exceptional care to families Preferably licensed in Missouri as a Funeral Director & Embalmer, or able to reciprocate promptly Position Responsibilities Meeting with families to arrange services Directing funeral, memorial, and graveside services Embalming and preparation Taking part in removals and on-call rotation Upholding high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and care This role provides opportunities to grow in all areas of funeral service, offering hands-on experience in both small-town and metropolitan-adjacent communities.
