We are seeking a licensed Funeral Director or Funeral Arranger who is committed to excellence, professionalism, and supporting families during life's most difficult moments. Position Summary The Licensed Funeral Director or Funeral Arranger will guide families through the funeral planning process, coordinate all aspects of funeral and memorial services, and ensure that each family's wishes are carried out with dignity and respect. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Meet with families to arrange burial, memorial, and cremation services. Explain service options, merchandise, pricing, and legal requirements. Prepare and complete all necessary documentation, permits, and death certificates. Coordinate services with clergy, cemeteries, vendors, and other service providers. Direct and oversee funeral and memorial services. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to first calls as needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with client families and community partners. Assist with aftercare and follow-up services. Support the funeral home's commitment to exceptional customer service and community engagement. Qualifications Current Funeral Director or Funeral Arranger license in the State of Nevada. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. Proficiency with EDRS and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call schedules as required. Preferred Qualifications licensure as a Funeral Director or Funeral Arranger. . Experience with cremation arrangements and memorial event planning. Bilingual skills are a plus.
