Job Description
A well-established Death Care Facility is seeking a Manager-level Funeral Director/Embalmer to join their growing team! The Operations Manager will manage all phases of the funeral arrangement from preparation, setting up funeral services, to final disposition. While this position oversees staff and multiple locations, it will also involve direct interaction with client families, making arrangements, and handling all aspects of the service to ensure that all guests receive a seamless experience. Some hybrid/work-from-home work will be available.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience
At least 2 years of management experience in the funeral industry
Associates degree or higher
Funeral Director License
Embalmer License
Good communication skills and comfortable meeting with families
