We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and forward-thinking leader. This unique position provides the opportunity to lead, manage, and develop an amazing team of people that will help serve over 1,000 families in the coming year. We are seeking a leader that is looking to be part of a highly integrated leadership team. Are you an experienced individual that conveys positive enthusiasm, is creative, and has the drive to ensure service excellence to all families we serve? Our location manager is involved in all aspects of funeral operations as well as being involved with all events, community programs, and public relations activities.
Skills and attributes:
- Proven track record of funeral operations, customer service, and overall performance
- Demonstrated confidence and ability to analyze financial data and reports
- Experience as a highly collaborative leader and manager
- Ability to make public presentations
- Acute attention to detail with emphasis on innovation and creativity
- Washington Funeral Director License
- High level of integrity, compassion, and desire for growth and development
- Detailed funeral product and inventory knowledge
- Skilled leadership and support background
