Full-Time Pay:

Starting at $15/hour (growth opportunities available) Job Overview Best Laundromat is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing business. This role is centered around maintaining a family friendly, clean environment, while delivering an excellent customer experience. As time progresses you will learn how to grow as a leader in our Wash, Dry, Fold system. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and brings a positive, can-do attitude every shift. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver friendly, professional customer service while upholding company standards and service culture Assist customers with machine use and product questions, maintaining strong equipment knowledge and a commitment to service Help customers as needed with loading/unloading laundry Resolve concerns or escalate when needed Facility Upkeep Maintain a clean, organized laundromat Sanitize machines, folding tables, and surfaces daily Restock vending items (detergent, snacks, drinks) Empty lint traps and perform light maintenance Manages supply inventory, ordering and restocking to support smooth building operations Wash Dry Fold Services (Will learn after Business is open for 5 plus months) Receive and process customer drop-off orders Sort laundry by color, fabric, and care instructions Operate washers and dryers correctly and efficiently Fold and package laundry to company standards Complete orders accurately and on time Identify and communicate any garment issues Clean floors, restrooms, and trash areas Qualifications Reliable and hardworking Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable using basic technology Works well independently and with a team Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required) Schedule Flexible shifts available Must be available evenings and weekends
