Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry services are performed to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of linens and garments in a hotel environment, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store items according to established procedures. Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Assist with dry cleaning processes as needed, adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items. Follow all health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and equipment is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
