About the role Join HealthFitness as a part-time Laundry Attendant (16 hours per week) at our Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR! In this role, you'll keep our state-of-the-art facility running smoothly by managing laundry services, folding towels, and supporting overall housekeeping, helping create a clean, welcoming environment for every member who walks through our doors.
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm Responsible for laundry and other housekeeping services. Key Accountabilities Wash, dry, fold, and replenish towels, member garments, cleaning rags, and mop heads. Lift and transport objects weighing up to 45 pounds. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent strongly preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and be able to walk at least 15,000 steps per shift. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to work around safe chemicals and bleach. 2 years of facility housekeeping experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. The compensation range for this role is $16-$18 per hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
