Job Description:
We are seeking a part time and full-time Laundromat Attendant to join our Phoenix Camelback location. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying active while providing top notch customer service. At WaveMax, we are looking for a dedicated and energetic laundromat attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on roll that requires being on your feet, moving throughout the store, and actively working with laundry and customers

Job Responsibilities:
  • Store Maintenance:
    Maintain the cleanliness of the store, equipment, and machines to meet our high standards.
  • Laundry Services:
    Perform Wash, Dry & Fold services with precision and attention to detail, ensuring top quality results for customers.
  • Customer Assistance:
    Greet customers warmly, assist with washer and dryer operations, payment systems, and drop-off services.

Order Processing:
Use WaveMAX systems to manage drop-off orders, oversee laundry process, and prepare orders for customer pick-up.
What We're Looking For:
  • A commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction by providing friendly, high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Flexibility to cover shifts during the week and weekends as needed
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Bi-Lingual candiates are highly preferred
  • Laundry skills for Wash, Dry, Fold orders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision
