Role:
Join Sudz Laundry House as a Closing Attendant at our super clean laundromat in Covina, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to ensure our customers have a seamless experience, while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the laundromat is clean and organized at closing time. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have. Monitor and maintain the functionality of laundry machines. Restock supplies as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
