Job Summary:

The primary duties of the Bell Attendant are to drive the hotel vehicle according to scheduled vehicle runs and on an as needed basis for guests, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner. The House Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, public spaces, and all assigned areas of the property. Supports room attendants with the removal of trash and linen, and replacement of linen and amenities. The primary work place is located at the hiring site. The primary duties of the Laundry Attendant include, the maintenance and all aspect of handling guest linens, which includes but is not limited to, preparation of soiled linen for wash, finishes, inspects, folds and stores clean linens. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Escort incoming hotel guests in a courteous and pleasant manner. Assists guests with luggage delivered or getting extra amenities, towels and bedding. Offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions, making reservations as needed. Deliver messages and runs errands, on and off hotel property. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Drive company vehicle in a safe and pleasant manner as needed by hotel guests and staff members. Pick up and deliver articles for laundry. Maintain cleanliness of hotel van interior and exterior. Collect dirty linen from Room Attendant carts and deliver to laundry for cleaning, following hotel policy for sorting and use of PPE. Collect dirty linen from public areas of hotels, including exercise rooms, pool areas, and/or spa areas. Supply clean linen to Room Attendants based on needs of the day. Properly stock room attendant cart with appropriate equipment, tools, chemicals, amenities, and linens to complete daily tasks efficiently. Maintain cart in an organized, clean, and safe manner. Stocks cart according to hotel checklists. Sweep floors, vacuum flooring, and shampoo carpets. Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability. Conduct proper cleanliness and safety guidelines when loading and unloading linen from the washer and dryer. Fold and/or press linen as appropriate. Perform reclaiming of stained linen as needed. Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of laundry room. Maintain lint and dryer filters as required. Taking Care of Our Team We believe our team members are the heart of our success.
