Operations Manager Job Summary:
The Uniform Attendant is responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing uniforms for staff, ensuring cleanliness, proper inventory control, and timely issuance. This role supports operational efficiency by maintaining uniform standards and providing staff with clean and well-maintained attire. Key Responsibilities Uniform Management Receive, inspect, and organize incoming uniforms. Maintain accurate inventory records of all uniforms and related items. Ensure uniforms are clean, pressed, and in good condition. Distribution & Collection Issue uniforms to employees according to assigned schedules. Collect worn uniforms, check for damages, and prepare for cleaning or repair. Drive a golf cart through out the shift. Laundry & Maintenance Coordination Coordinate with laundry services to ensure timely cleaning and delivery. Identify uniforms needing repair or replacement and report accordingly. Record Keeping Maintain detailed logs of uniform issuance, returns, and inventory changes. Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the supervisor. Compliance & Standards Ensure all uniforms meet company appearance standards. Follow safety and hygiene guidelines in handling uniforms. Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or inventory management preferred. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Basic record-keeping and computer skills are a plus. Working Conditions:
Physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals or laundry equipment.
