Applicants WITHOUT Hotel experience will not be considered Responsibilities Operate commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing efficiently and safely Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling Perform dry cleaning procedures for delicate or special-care garments as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with housekeeping staff to deliver clean linens promptly and meet hotel occupancy demands Inspect laundry items for stains or damage, reporting issues to management for appropriate action Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is preferred Strong knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, pressing, and dry cleaning processes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness standards Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of chemical safety protocols used in laundry facilities Reliable team player with a positive attitude committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene
