Laundry Aide Facility:
Las Colinas Post Acute Pay Range:
$17.48-$18.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Varies | Healthcare Setting Position Summary Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to support our residents and staff by ensuring clean, sanitary, and well-maintained linens and garments. This role is essential in maintaining infection control standards and overall resident comfort. Key Responsibilities Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and resident clothing Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines Monitor laundry supplies and report low inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas Handle linens and clothing with care, respecting resident dignity and privacy Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly Qualifications Prior laundry experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Las Colinas Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
