Duties Assist customers with their laundry needs, including guiding them through machine operations and answering questions Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and folding stations to ensure optimal performance Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and safe by performing regular cleaning and sanitation of machines and work areas Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and providing change Monitor the facility for proper machine usage, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs or report maintenance needs Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and creating a positive experience for all visitors Process over the counter and delivery bulk orders in a consistent, high-quality manner. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, hotel services, or dry cleaning is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Experience with cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy environment Good communication skills to assist customers effectively Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings.
